Shaheen calls for bipartisanship on New START

Invoking the Senate's long history of bipartisanship on foreign policy matters, Senator Shaheen spoke to MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell on December 17, 2010, about the need to move beyond party politics and ratify the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty ("New Start"). Shaheen also voiced her support and optimism for passage of the Dream Act and a repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."
