SHAHEEN MOURNS LOSS OF NEW HAMPSHIRE SOLIDER KILLED IN AFGHANISTAN

(Washington, D.C.) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) released the following statement after Sgt. 1st Class Ryan James Savard, 29, of Jefferson was killed in Afghanistan this week.

“Ryan James Savard protected our country with bravery and honor and that is how we will always remember him. This is a tragic loss and my heartfelt condolences go out to his friends and family.”
