Shaheen Statement on Dallas Shooting

U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) released the following statement on the shooting in Dallas, Texas:

"My thoughts and prayers are with the families of the slain and wounded police officers, injured protestors, and the City of Dallas. This needless violence is heartbreaking. I'm horrified that law enforcement officers protecting a peaceful protest in their community were ruthlessly targeted. While much is still unknown about these murderers, I condemn this violence in the strongest terms and offer my condolences to the families and extended law enforcement community. Justice will be served."
