SHAHEEN STATEMENT ON DEATH OF U.S. SKI TEAM ATHLETES IN AUSTRIA

(Washington, DC) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) released the following statement on the deaths of Bryce Astle and Ronnie Berlack, a Franconia, New Hampshire native, in an avalanche in Austria:

“I’m deeply saddened by the tragic deaths of Bryce Astle and Franconia’s Ronnie Berlack, two promising young athletes with incredible talent. My thoughts are with all of their teammates and loved ones.”
