SHAHEEN STATEMENT ON DHS FUNDING

U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) released the following statement on Department of Homeland Security funding which is set to expire at midnight:

“It’s time to put an end to the partisan politics. Speaker Boehner should call a vote on the bipartisan Senate bill that passed earlier today instead of jeopardizing critical resources for the Department of Homeland Security. We cannot afford the consequences of an agency shutdown.”
