SHAHEEN STATEMENT ON RETIREMENT OF SUPREME COURT JUSTICE JAMES DUGGAN

(Washington, DC) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) released the following statement regarding the retirement of Senior Associate Supreme Court Justice James Duggan. Duggan was confirmed as Supreme Court justice in 2001, after being nominated by then-Governor Shaheen.
