Shaheen Statement on Terrorist Attack in Nice, France

(Manchester, NH) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) released the following statement on the terrorist attack in Nice, which claimed the lives of at least 84 people including 2 Americans:

"My thoughts this morning are with the victims of this horrific attack, their families, ‎and the people of France. While much is still unknown about this heinous act of terrorism, one thing is clear—the United States stands in solidarity with France against all who use violence to sow fear and hatred. These attacks serve to strengthen our bonds with France and our shared resolve to bring those responsible to justice.”
