Shaheen Statement on the Death of Corporal Andrew Aimesbury

(Manchester, NH)—Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) made the following remarks after learning of the death of Cpl. Andrew Aimesbury:

“Today, New Hampshire mourns the loss of a native son and a hero who gave his life for his country,” said Shaheen. “Corporal Aimesbury answered the call of duty and bravely defended our nation. Andrew was taken far too soon and my heart goes out to his parents, sister, and other loved ones as they deal with this tragic loss.”
