Shaheen Statement on Vandalism of Claremont Planned Parenthood Facility

(Washington, DC) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) released the following statement following the vandalism of Claremont’s Planned Parenthood facility.

“Women across Western New Hampshire depend on the Planned Parenthood facility in Claremont for critical healthcare services,” said Shaheen. “This act of vandalism is yet another shameful example of the relentless assault on Planned Parenthood and women’s reproductive rights.  Let’s be clear, these attacks will not intimidate those of us who stand with Planned Parenthood. I commend the Claremont Police Department for promptly responding to this incident and apprehending the suspect.”
